hi .can u leave it out side any where,how does it take to be ready for use

@shangaize , i leave it in a sunny place for a week then its ready. you can leave it outside but better to put it in the fridge after a week or once its open to last for a longer time. check out the recipe on my blog, mimicooks. thanks!

Argh, I can't find one video that has the recipe for turshi that I'm looking for...

I want to learn how to make turshi like the kind they have in Middle Eastern grocery stores, that look and taste like amba. Those taste great! I don't like making it this way.... :(
