Nothing is more humbling then to have master come up and with only a push to your own hand nearly send you onto you ass. Those are the lessons that make you appreciate the details of the art.
Good to see so many "elder" students training there, and many of them seem to be enduring the class better than their younger colleagues. Very encouraging!!
i finally went back to my shotokan class last week, it felt soooo good to be back there after about a year and a half :( I have alot of injuries now, so it's been hard, but i can feel myself slowly getting good again :)

The back-stance/front-stance/kiba-dachi transition is awesome to, my back-stance needs work, so I will try this.
