Well, it's been 10 months of hard but cool work. Here is a taste of some of the mixes from the album "BORN". Mastering next and then off to Cannes to showcase at MIDEM. I have a concert coming up in Paris as well. Jan 17th or so. Check out my channel for more updates. Thanks! Matthew

Not really, I did ask for opinions. These songs have all passed the "Celine Test" (does Celine dance when she hears them?) and that, to me is all-important. I am pleased that I have been able to make something that you do like (the orig. videos) Thank you for your opinion,

The consistency to your songs amazes me. It's so hard to me 'mainstream' and totally unique at the same time. You pull that off in every single song. So nice to to follow your sucess. Your time has apparently come and rightfully so. Shine on, friend! We'll follow your light wherever it leads you.

For the record--I dig these samples. Can't make a final critique without hearing the entire songs, but these sound great, not at all pasturized. Sometimes processed is a good thing. It is different from the raw videos, but different isn't always bad. I, for one, will be buying your album.

Sorry dude, but I've followed and been profoundly touched by your songs up to this point,but this is a disappointment. Its processed and pasturized to the point it sounds just like a thousand other singers trying to break into mainstream music circles. I understand the temptation to go that way, but it doesn't sound REAL, and the nuances of your truly magical voice are buried in all that instrumentation and the sound board 'improvements'.

Really nice mixes... Your music takes me to that serene place that I wish was with me always. Apparently not only me as my 12 year old son (who is only into the latest & greatest rock while maintaining an uber cool image) is singing your songs around the house. Come to Chicago already!
