On July 20th 1969, the US landed the first man on the moon. Claims that it was a hoax have been fiercely dismissed. But why are new theories still coming out? And how could NASA lose the original landing footage?

Maybe the moon landing did happen but NASA destroyed the tapes because something bad happend... Then they made this video on earth to cover it up.... Just a thought :)

IF anyone has seen how the lives of those two men changed when they came to earth then they wouldn't even need to see the video tapes of the landing for proof it happened. It really did change their lives.

Standing behind the LM isn't "total shadow" when are reflective boulders, hills & regolith. Armstrong's visor blocked 90% of light.

A flag moves when manipulated--more so in low G w/o air resistance.

Stars CAN'T show in photos using daylight exposure settings--impossible.

2 sec. delay would only be after earth questions, since all was recorded on earth.

@NinkaPanda It only move about 5 inches a year. It could float out of orbit one day, but that would probably happen after the human race goes extinct, or maybe the sun will go supernova before it happens (I havent calculated the time until it goes out of orbit exactly yet)

Proof the skeptics wrong.

Show them pics of the US flag left on the surface of the moon with the supersatellites with Hd capabilities shouldnt be a problem. Show them the tracks from the moon rovers .Show them the equipment that was left there. Easy..

But a recent Picture of the lunar site does not exist ...With all this new telescopes that takes movies of Mars and beyond in HD.People ask questions but the original tapes dissapeared...People are very dumb or very smart.

I believe we landed on the moon, but by NASA losing the video tapes and blueprints does raise questions.

How could anyone loose anything that valuable? I mean shouldn't they have been locked up in a secure vault to prevent this and to make sure they survive as long as possible.

The moon landing did happen.

Ill tell you why.

When they landed on the moon, they measured the distance between the earth and the moon. They have been measuring it ever since now. They use this information because they found that there is a slight increase in the distance over time. So the moon might fly out of orbit one day.
