This is a couple of videos and lots of pictures of the pedal board that me and my dad built in about a week. i also put some pictures of the true bypass switch (the square looking box)an amp channel foot switch (circular box)and a volume pedal that i built. the box is made from 3/4" plywood and is covered in marine grade vinyl. the pedals mounted on it are: ts9dx, bd-2, sd-1, dd-6

  • im making one and i want mine just like yours so what did you use for tht red stuff and what is thae black stuff made of. What did you use to hold the pedals on?

  • @DanPotthast1 thats awesome! i used velcro and the red and black material is tolex.

  • did you use velcro to keep the pedals in place or something else? stupid question probably but i'm looking for alternatives to velcro and i'm getting as many ideas as i can

  • @lairdylairdy yes! i sure did, heres a cool little alternative to velcro, There called Nobels Mounty-P search it in google and see if you find them. there kinda cool and i hear they work great!

  • Man, you won't believe but me and a friend of mine made a pedalboard very similar with yours. We were looking for something where we could hide our cables and make a clean visual. Of course you did a better work than me but the principle was the same.

As soon as I finish my pedalboard I post a video here.

    Cheers!!!!

  • @luckmarkboy thats awesome! i deinitly want to see it!

  • @fatkidjoe69

cause then everything is loose and untidy and u can't move it all at once

  • hahaha awwsome tablecloth

  • @lairdylairdy "PEDALBOOTS" are a really professional solution to fix your pedals on your pedalboard. You can easily find them on the internet...

  • obviously your wife or mother must have gone mad at you for putting those metal things on the wooden table.

  • @fatkidjoe69

its just more convenient to do it that way. if you have a few pedals they are a pain to store and set up. a pedal board means that they are kept in the same place and can be set up and torn down in seconds. more importantly effect pedals have a very specific order that they go in to work properly, and remembering that can order can be difficult. on a board they stay put, but they slide around on the floor. angled boards mean you can reach the switches and knobs easier than flat
