Sally Blanchard herself recomments wheat or whole grain toast crumbs in her famous "glop" recipe. She is "the" top bird expert. I think maybe you are mistaken. Grain bread especially is made up of exactkxy what birds eat. I really do appreciate the help though.

@PhilosopherGaming partly true. He is really concerned about those bad budgies taking the crumbs from his toast. But he adores them, follows them everywhere, and has never pecked at them or anything. He starts to make heartwings to me in this video ... which is a cockatiels sign of adoration. The laughing doesn't mean anything to him like some of his other words. He is mimicing me. Whats funny is if I chuckle when he does it, then he keeps repeating it and we go back and forth like 2 idiots.

@PhilosopherGaming Awe, thanks. You didn't have to say that. I'm sorry if you felt like you had to explain. but thank you just the same, it was nice to know. The thing I love about youtube are the comments. I LOVE the fact that you can say anything you want. Even when its hurtful or stupid, you have to admit its breath of fresh air to not see so much PC and stepping on egg shells. I like that its unedited (unless the account holder wants to).

@PhilosopherGaming Oh yeah, I wanted to add, that cockatiels do a weir posteruing where they kinda bow low, stretch their heads out with their hats flat, and slightly open their wings so it looks like a heart when they like/love someone. You were right though, I mean he was obviouly confused on whether to do that or be totally annoyed at the budgies for swiping the food lol.

@wolfysluv I love birds, but please do not feed them with bread, they become constipated and then they die. Feed them only seeds and vegies,  they should outlive for 20 years.
