two lights: one sun lamp

and one hemi lamp

we are looking at the sun lamp and the hemi lamp is pointing at the earth

Did you use node to composite the rings of illumination? Teach me please.

rings of illumination are called "flares" the sun is a single particle that is emmiting flares. ajust the boost and seed values =]
