Toronto FC fans being ejected in NY vs. NYRB (Aug. 17, 2008)

Sadly, the NJSEA security folk at Giants Stadium appear to be bitter about their lot in life, and chose to harass TFC fans who came up to the 200 level to be with their fellow supporters. However, due to the lack of seating availability (this is clearly sarcasm, my friends, as you can see in the video), they were rather rudely escorted from the section by no less than five of the 20 security staff that "guarded" our sections -- presumably for our protection...

I don't necessarily condone the actions of either side, but what I do want to point out is that a collection was taken of unused tickets, and these people were brought back in to enjoy the match with us!

ive been going to Metrostar matches since '98 and i remember like 4 dudes from the NJF pegged you guys with batteries and you bitched to security about it, im just wondering if this is the same match and thats why your fans are being kicked out? i think it could have been an earlier match cuz i think you were sittin on the lower level. anyway we werent too fond of giants stadium security either... I love the double standard when it comes to Americans, it alwyas makes me laugh.
