Like another games, just selected the game and run (without any special settings). I have the same problem with MvC2, when other people with powerfull computer then my can run this game at 60 fps ... I only get 15 fps. I don't know what the cause of the problem, sorry amigo.
Mb try to run this game in NAOMI mode (arcade). With emulator like: Demul, MakaronEX.
