Human rights. No country keeps a perfect record. But at least we don't attack random, oil-rich countries and accuse themfalsely of terrorism. Despite that, human rights is always a valid point of concern to raise.
However, the Falun Gong bit is unfair. Practitioneers are encouraged not to visit the doctor. The sickness will get better by itself, Falun Gong people say. If not, it will kill us and make us saints.
We don't allow Falun Gong the same way most countries forbid cults.

Hey Femzm - I know the british empire was a bad one - along with all empires, and any items that were stolen and placed in museums need to be returned, but don't blame us for things that governments did. I don't support tibetian independance i'm just concerned about human rights thats all, In the uk as well, I hope that one day China will be a democracy with an elected head of state.
