  • @Mythik88 Yes good point. Having the prison deal in Guantanamo, Cuba doesnt justify the US actions there. They cant seriously think that they are escaping the Geneve Convention treaties because Cuba did infact also sign the convention treaty.

  • Actually, the geneva conventions DOES cover these types of people. 3rd Convention covers "Volunteer militia, including resistance movements" and it talks about Unlawful combatants.
