@Ariamaluum. Phil talked to me too. It was at Gwinnett Braves game and they had this bar/restaurant called Knucksie. There was Phil chatting and drinking with the folks on his own bar seat. That was a treat. I went up asked him why he thought Don Kessinger was the best shortstop that he saw. He was nice enough to answer from this knuckle head.

He was great in his rookie year, but I wouldn't call it his best year since he only pitched 92 IP (though that was through only 13 starts, which is pretty impressive). His best season was his '95 or '02 season (he had a lower WHIP and somewhat lower ERA in '02, but he had like 32 fewer IP in '02 (because he started 15 games and was used as a relief pitcher 30 times))
