That was so tasteless. When you try to knock down the guy who got one of the longest ovations in the histoory of the sport (on that night) it's time to look for a new profession. Pete Rose definitely took the high road by not being combative.

This interview was in very poor taste. I know Jim Gray was criticized for it, and rightfully so. Pete Rose took the high ground with the interview by trying to get it focussed on what was important: the All-Century Team.
I have always been a huge Pete Rose Fan, and the baseball he signed for me in Las Vegas when I saw him a few years back, is still a cherished momento. Pete Ross has suffered enough.
