The Above the Streets Basketball Program (ATS) strives to keep our youth off the streets, out of prison, off of drugs, and provide entrepreneur classes to teach business to our players. Each team participating in the ATS program represents one of the many youth-serving programs in NYC. ATS provides these programs as an incentive for participants to complete court mandated programs successfully. ATS encourages players to live drug free lifestyles, and spend less time on the streets Place: The NYCHA Williamsburg Community Center 195 Graham Ave. (Between Scholes st. and Maujer st.)
