@jayrob94561 I actually do it in a slightly different way...i kinda compress the air in my mouth, and then i suddenly burst it out while kind of also making my lips go to the front. And i never had the water in the nose problem :) as i knew i wouldnt be able to hold my nose with one hand, i use both, one finger at each side and it works perfectly! and yes! the hardest part is getting in the bottom in that position

It 's kind of hard to explain, but the hard part is getting flat on the bottom. Because you will naturally float up if your holding too much air. So you have to let a lot of air out to get flat on the bottom. (plus you have to just let water get in your nose and not care) Also, you want the water to be very calm.
Then, it's kind of like sticking your tongue out a little (round shape though), and pop a shot of air out as you pull your tongue in. So that it makes the ring...

Nah... I used to have a little money until I built that pool! Lol... I don't have any money now... The pool is 8 1/2 feet deep.
