Thes laptops are fantastic, i have the dual core 1.2ghz centrino version, with windows7 on, its quick. the hard drive is 1.8 zif type, found in ipods, you can get an 80gb drive for about 40 british pounds on ebay, the laptop supports 2gb of ddr2 533 ram, its a surprisingly quick little fella.

That sounds really good. Do you know what type of hard disk is in the notebook: 2,5" or 1,8"? And which interface: IDE oder SATA?

:-D I know it very well , cause I have to change it already - errors or something like that :-( (one month after my varranty expired)
.. so its 1,8" disk and has some kind of special interface and 4200rpm.. I have t say..disk is quite slow..

I have some questions about this nice subnotebook:
1. How loud is it in Windows?
2. How long does the Battery?

Well
1. If you mean loud like the noise of fan, it s absolutely OK.. fan starts only sometimes and I have to really concentrate to hear it
2.Battery capacity is good, about 5-6 hours in Power saver mode
