hawk eye should stay, and as we know hotspot is not always a true reading, snicko should be brought in to back up the stump microphone to see if the batsman has knicked the ball but it hasnt shown up on hotspot. snicko is very good and very consistent, the only problem is it takes a few mins more to process, however if it gets the right decision then its worth it. lets use the technology, and the tension rises in the crowd while awaiting a decision so its all good.

Oops...Already commented on this a year back. I got all the decisions right again :-)

Heals, you retard...How the fuck can the umpire at the bowler's end give a stumping decision?
In case you never noticed during your keeping/batting/sledging career, there's a guy standing at square leg for this purpose.
Most YouTubers got all other decisions right; myself included.

Well in a normal test match with all the singles and defending though. Lol

Got them all right I think. Wouldn't be concentrating as we

I got all of them right - except the last one I reffered ... because the bowlers umpire wouldn't give that decision. And they were all piss easy to give .. however I think with a pro bowling it would be a lot harder .. having said that I don't think umpiring is any more difficult than facing a fired up Lee or trying to bowl to Tendulkar or Sangakkara - or try to take a catch off a well timed Gayle shot ..

there should be a camera on the umpire's hat, and mabey call it umpire cam?
there should be one on each, one on the side and one in the front viewing the half pitch from the front.

@ripley1978 umpiring is definetly the hardest.... imagine this but 130/140 km/h and loud appeals and a crowd. Think about it
it is true...we need to value umpires more in the game, if it weren't for them, there would be no game! but i still think cricket isn't taking full advantage of technology. umpires should had PDA device that can play live video so that they can rewind the delivery and watch in slow-mo to ensure its hitting the stumps..they could also use the hawk-eye technology...there are far too many inconsistent decisions that effect the results of test matches and the lives of millions of people...c'mon ICC!

its a pity people feel that way. we are amongst the most influential in the world, be it technology or even cricket. BCCI can today single-handedly use itz financial muscle to kick any other country's butt if they don't comply. Some might call it being a bully, but that's exactly what happens when people can dish it out (1970s,1980s,1990s...), but can't take it back. and even if the general people are hated, people still visit india for tourism
