Master Yu Anren is the inheritor of the Swimming Dragon (You Long) style of Gongfu. It was passed down in his family for generations and he is now teaching it publicly in Changsha.

  • I am jealous X_x.

Your culture seems to be cherishing things like this. Mine seems to cherish thuggish club whores X_x

    ignorance and stealing.

  • As for Chinese word, its pronunciation is " you long"

    Chinese word is "猶龍"

    It does not swimming dragon

"猶龍"it's mean "Too profound to be understood" just like draon

This is showing the master and his gongfu is respected

So, swimming is "游泳", its pronunciation is "you yong "

My English is not good, the above is that my friend helps me to translate

  • Nice video. Very interesting to see applications and other people's learning experience.

At 5:54, if I'm not mistaken that's my master, Guifang Liu. She came to tiny Alfred, NY as her daughter's teaching at the university here and let a bunch of us townies "play" tai chi with her. sublime technique, we were spoiled.

  • finally a person that knows how to do horse stance properly even chinese martial artists have their foot sticking out lazy bastards

  • Amazing techniques

  • The women are amazing.

Looks similar to movements in Hsin Tao

  • @himalayanspirit

Look more carefully and you'll see who's really the one doing the exaggerating.

"Even school kids discover them through their own experience!"

  • Techniques shown in the beginning are pretty immature. Even school kids discover them through their own experience!
