  • now even if on my channel is children stuff and such, i know a lot about lifting and gaining. what you describe is exactly what i'm experiencing right now, and i'm really relieved to hear that from you as well. shit took me 3 yrs to put on 25 pounds, lost more than a half of it in about a year. returned to the floor two months ago and making good progress so far. i wonder how long this effect will last and when the next plateau will occur. thx for sharing

  • @MizterStranger try wrist straps or alter ur grip when doing certain movements

  • i stopped working out for 4 years, when i started again.... i actually lifted as much or more on all my lifts (on my second lift, because the first i went really easy out of fear)

    but muscle memory refers to neurological routines (like riding a bike).... not weightlifting.

  • @ajp135212 Yeah this has happened to me also I don't know why. I guess if you have less fat it's harder to gain fat?

  • Can wrist injuries be recovered??...Mine's been snapped up for years man:(
