Whats going on with the greatest franchises, Dragon Quest I dont like the way an RPG looks on first person.. why do so many games are ruined on next generations.. consoles nothing like PS1, PS2, GameCube.. actually Im planning on buying a Wii but I guess they need to develop new games or the next secuels too like Zelda, that game is just for the motion Controlller, but is not a secuel.. I hope good games on this generation before the companies launch a Wii 2 or PS4

Well Dragon Quest Swords is actually a spiritual successor to an old Japan only plug and play game called Kenshin Dragon Quest. It's not a mainline entry like DQ VIII was on PS2 or DQ IX on DS. However, DQX has been in dev for the Wii for a few years now, hopefully we hear more about it sooner rather than later.

I'm really anticipating Xenoblade and The Last Story. They look awesome.

Dragon Quest Monsters Battle Road Victory also looks fun too.

Also, when is Tales of Graces coming out? It's been almost a year...

So far Bandai Namco has no plans to localize Graces and they won't even allow companies like XSeed that want to work on it to localize it which is dumb. Part 2 of the RPG series will probably consist of games that we know for sure aren't leaving Japan. Xenoblade and the Last Story still have a chance though.

That's because it's not out yet. :P

It comes out in Japan in January 2011.

Hmmm, uploaded this twice but youtube keeps causing the framerate to dip a little on some parts. Still, turned out better than I expected for one of the toughest vids I've put together thus far. I actually had to cut out two games so the RPG section will definitely receive a Part 2.
