A STRETCHING ROUTINE YOUR BODY WILL ENJOY.
Anne Hill was a former dress designer and an artist who was married to a doctor for 30 years. He explained many things to her about nutrition and the human body. As an artist, she had to draw the human body from a model and study and learn anatomy which included all the Greek and Latin names of the muscles, the muscle insertions, ligaments and joints of the human body. This made her aware of the marvelous bodies we have. One of the things her husband, the doctor, explained so well was stretching. To stretch a joint, muscle or ligament was a way to relax it and make it feel better. When a joint is injured, the conservative way to treat it is through traction —this means a constant stretch. All animals stretch their bodies on arising. This is how the stretching idea came to her. Why not put the whole body into traction every day? You will never feel tired or sore, if you do them carefully every day — all other sports or activities will feel better.
