i start a level n stuff n when im in the race he has no items he only has the speed hack thingy cuz i go super fast

i got it to start the game but it plays as if it would normaly would do no items

This is PAL ver. hu? oh my GOD! when i find a video that includes the NTCS codes they dont work online and when i found this video that has codes that work online it has to be PAL version WTF this is stupid but whatever.

Does this also work with a burn copy from mario kart wii? Then with the backup launcher?
