You're both wrong, the Macedonians conquered Greece under Alexander the Great and THEN the Romans took Greece from Macedonia later.

1: the romans actaully conquered greece.
2: it was one of the first things they did, so i don't get what the troops did their, they were from a lot later.
3: why should they go by land? with boats they could get them straigt to greece...

@oneinteligentmuslim The Greeks live today as former Romans. In fact they shouldn't even be called Greeks, but Romans, as they descend from the eastern Roman empire not, classical Greece.

no after alexander died greece reverted back to the old city state system with the kingdom of macedon to the north.
it was all invaded by the romans
