  • I noticed that embossing your image when you do this not only helps you stay within the lines but the the watercolor will not fan out over the edges. I've so far had luck with stazon and can usually emboss it. But there are times it does dry way to fast.

  • You made good points :). Stazon doesn't smear with water so to use it alone for this is perfectly fine. I for some reason decided to try embossing it and it worked out well and the image was completely covered with the embossing powder. I could have used pigmaent ink since the embossing powder will seal it, but process was more like an experiment from start to finish :).

  • This is a great idea if all you have is markers, but the same thing can be done with watercolor pans in one step versus applying color with the marker and going back over with the aquabrush.

  • I have to say I was amazed that you could emboss Stazon Ink... It drys way to fast for me... do you really get a good even embossed image??? Also... if you are embossing to watercolor you can use pigmaent ink because the embossing powder seals it. I was ahhh that you embossed Staxon.
