He IS stating the truth. It truly is difficult to dream in Nepal when the whole country ends up having a bandh for weeks, with schools and businesses having to close down. Also, the political state of the country is anything BUT stable. The people in charge of controlling government seem to change like seasons.
Thank God that there is not many Bandh these days. It was simply getting ridiculous.
I'm just glad that Prabal's stuff are being made in Nepal and therefore creating jobs in Nepal.
