  • what the hell is with all the hate on this important issue. everyone is here debating over politics, taxes, racism, etc. Yea it just so happens that its a Democrat President that signed this Act. who cares.... Its what needed to be done. As a survivor, I am very happy to see this Act signed. No matter who signed it.

You all need to stop with this stupid bickering and be grateful that something good has happened.......

  • @OgiicheduEkwe Yes... I pray those naive natives didn't "Touch the Pen"... you did the work for them... and the worst is yet to come, when you acknowledge this puppet show as authority over Indian Country... May the Creator rescue you, rescue us all from total extermination... May Creator restore "real Indian Country" soon.... our ancestral values of peace and harmony once again dominate this continent...

  • More promises, more "treaties " we'll see what happens- the proof will be in the pudding as they say. No hate here, just distrust from past TRUE history. Would be wonderful if it works, ( way overdue and about time ) just hoping it's not another " law" that goes unenforced or works against the people in the long run. ( P.S.-I am also a survivor of unpunished abuse )

  • @janbob73 whites one didnt do much good

  • Long overdue, and the first step of many in the right direction.

  • Thank you Obama,I am white but more than color,I am a human with feelings.I am proud of you today. The true Crater bless you.

  • @dejahthoris the only ones sitting on their butts you should be thinking of are the thousands of natives across this continent, in Canada also, that sit in prisons sacrificing their lives as statistics and excessive sentencing placed on a people that make up less than 5% of the complete US population, but make up at least 20 to 30% of the prison populations. "Who are actually working and trying to change the world for the better" DEJAHTHORIS, surely not those that CAN make a change?

  • next a ndn priseident!

  • check out tribal laws by Meridith Quinn

  • @YishaiHiEagle I never "acknowledged this puppet show as authority over Indian Country" n never will. Just know the truth n how it is n will be.

  • @YishaiHiEagle I'd settle for restoring Real America. The America I left in 1980s is NOT the one I have returned to. People believe the Government should do everything for them, and are willing to trade in their--and everyone else's--right to make their own decisions!

Reid/Pelosi/Obama triumvirate are the worst example yet!
