@oFRoZENViPER Ya kinda funny and sad how the firearms crime rate rose up since the introduction of the ban on pistols. The only good thing is that sidearm owners in the rest of Europe such as my self can now use that as a reference.

LOL that's exacly what I was thinking. Passes clean through without much damage other than a small entrance and exit hole.
-
Killing anything with a Luger is an automatic hate crime lol!
Lovely pistols though, definitely picking one up in about 7 months when I get back from deployment.

@something01992 THey can shoot 9mm
-
@TheAlexagius he has, it's a pistol he got from a german soldier back in ww2, and hid it ofc, so ye you can mate, not everyone turns their priceless weapons in to the government
-
@Tommy0145 no you cant unless you are a museum or a hunter you cannot own a handgun that fires cased ammo other than 9mm rimfire
-
only 3?

@oFRoZENViPER you can, it's war material, so i guess it just has to be legalized? Atleast i know 2 people, 1 of them being my grandfather, that have it legalized but still packs a punch. My grandad has a chambered mag & 2 spare mags because he thinks he should always be ready for a burgelary so i'd guess he would shoot them lol. We live in Belgium btw and old war material can be legalized & still operational here that's all i know.
Have you ever tried to cycle hollow points through? Have you ever fired modern +P or +P+ ammunition through it?
Would be interesting to see how it behaves, and the velocity & ft lbs energy with +P & +P+.

@TropicalConfederate No, I never had the desire to shoot hot ammo through it. It will feed JHP's but I've only cycled them through by hand. I just feed my P.08's 115gr FMJ's. These were originally designed to feed a truncated cone (flat point) 124gr FMJ bullet. The round nose bullet we see today came about around 1915.

What kind of ammo was this pistol designed to fire? 124 grain?
something01992 9 months ago
@something01992 To my knowledge the German military load was a 124gr at 1250 fps. Initially it was a truncated cone bullet but it was later changed to the familiar round nose hardball we see today.

how much does this gun cost and where can i get one
TheBloodySkull13 2 years ago
Cost depends on too many factors to cover here.
Check local shops, gun shows, online auction sites (gunbroker, auctionarms).
