Hi I'm Katie, and this my attempt to amuse you.
I try to be funny, sometimes.

In all seriousness, if someone is actually annoying you, and you're starting to feel a little uncomfortable, I suggest that you tell them how you're feeling, and politely ask them to stop.
In most cases, they will back off, and apologise. As some people, don't know how to express their feelings in the correct manner and get caught up in the moment. That's just my advice :)
