Professional difficulty with only the M92F handgun, vests and items within the boss area.
Irving was the easiest boss for me besides the 1st one, his QTE's are easy to avoid apart from the bite but you can see it coming and can move out of the way so you don't have to press anything, also those smaller tentacles that grab you barely do any damage.
