I'm from Russia and have Suzuki sx4 with ESP system. It's really usefull thing especially in winter. And now I could hardly imagine how did I drive 3 years ago on russian shitcar)))) Now I switch this function off only if wanna spoil my tires a little while racing))))

This also goes for poeple that think they need AWD cuz my cars have all been 2WD and not once got stuck.

i believe it I have been driving for six years with no esp, traction control, or anti lock brakes and I just recently got a car with abs and traction control and still have neevr used. I have lived in central missouri for god knows how long and also spent 3yrs in san diego so the occasion has arrived when weather or other drivers permits explainable use of these systems and nope nothing yet. If you need one of these systems than you dont need to drive.

if you need esp or dsc or whatever traction you have, then you should learn how to drive.. these systems are made for mostly the idiot drivers that cannot control cars.

I guess Mercedes drivers are used to total isolation from sound and road feel. Nothing quite like driving deaf!
