A windy day in Kansas in the middle of March. Bass fishing hasnt started yet so i decided some ultra lite crappie fishing would be fun. I was using a chartruse roadrunner jig for all of the fish i caught. All of my footage was shot using a Go Pro Hero HD.

  • I'm self educated on crappie. I love to crappie fish and I do it all from the bank. My best day was 200 crappie in 2 and a half hours on one jig I believe it was black n yellow and really small. Bobber split shot and about 2 feet down. Against the wind near a fallen tree is always a good place.
