@damasta227 try putting tin foul over the enine or some socks, it will help keep the heat in, and also before starting heat the engine with a hair dryer to warm it up

@damasta227 my too but i tuned the high speed needle and the best thing to do is get a hairdryer and heat it up for about 5 to 10 mins

yeah i figured it out the glo igniter was almot dead and i had to leave it in there for longer

go back to factory carb settings first, if still nothing start looking at other things like your igniter, or glow plug, maybe not primed enough, did you over heat your engine last run?....

get a hair dryer and hold ot by the motor for like 2 minutes then try and start it
