Good Hearted Woman was on an album by Waylon Jennings, released on RCA Records in 1972. This particular arrangement is from the last band I played with - "New Horizions".

Starts in key of 'D' (D - G - A)
Key changes to 'E' (E - A - F#m - B7)
The F#m chord wasn't in the original.
A band I was in did it this way and it just kinda stuck with me...
