I wish all people knows about white sugar dangers I have successfully stopped consuming it for more than a half year. It's just a bad habit that I'm glad I stopped it. I consume liquified dates. I can live with it happily. I don't need white sugar at all.

went myself through change to raw vegan food and can advice dried foods like dates they give us the real sugar and satisfy our craving
