The british colonial regime in India wasn't bad either, as it caused 30 million deaths by starvation in 1877! They exported grains even though the indigenous population was starving to death. Hitler and Stalin were not the only devils.

Think about that for a second and then check it yourself if you don't believe me. Why have these people been forgotten? Why is their death any different from that of the Jews?

A mantra of remembering Shoah is to "never forget". Apparently, we have already failed.

@thegreatfearblog I have never denied or belittled any Soviet crimes but I simply can’t stand it when people blow these out of proportion and start saying the Soviets were worse than the Nazis (because in many ways that exonerates the Nazis!). I especially hate it when simple people attribute atrocities to “evil” (apparently stemming from Communism or being Slavic or something), disregarding historical context and background (of course, that is NOT to say that context justifies atrocities!).

You could have responded rationally and calmly, perhaps even with some historical facts which I would have loved, but instead you insult me. I won't debate the veracity of the "inhumane crime" you refer to, and I don't think I wish to debate anything with you, unless you were drunk when you posted your last (first paragraph of) comment. If you weren't, you are an idiot.

@thegreatfearblog Wait, are you saying all 10 million people killed were Jews? Because that is what is implied from your comment.

Have you seen the Soviet Story? In it, it is directly implied that during WW2 the Soviets were in actual fact the ones responsible for the Shoah because they supposedly helped the Nazis build concentration camps and the NKVD supposedly trained Gestapo (which is utter nonsense!). Therefore the Soviet Story in a way tries to exonerate the Nazis of their inhumane crime.
