There are a couple of double stops that are missing. The are also missing on some TABS on the internet. But they are there on the original notes and the 1960 recording.

Yeah, some people do play it in different ways, but usually the rhythm guitar and the lead guitar play in the same key, unlike your version.

The starting rhythm chords should be Am-G-F-E
