There are a lot of successful businessmen in Cambodia who deserve all these nice cars. They are hard working and they are creating jobs for people as well. Anyway, I think it is alright as long they can afford the nice cars.

@kampuchea7 The Prime Minister is corrupted he have over 800 million dollars in a swiss account cambodia has money but Faggot Hunsain keep it for himself. but from my last visit there supposely that he is not able to withdraw large amount without proper reason. In all Corruption is a big Issue in Cambodia its Politics tho.

Second just cause they drive lexus it doesn mean its corruption. lexus is made in asia so its that means its cheaper there!! but a ford mustange can cost 100 g's there

@ThaHappyCamper Those who succeeded making money during those years are now the kings, can they be blamed for being the smart ass in investing ? Can't they afford those 10-50k cars? nice house? moreover, they are left with lots money to flourish their business. For those farmers who failed to properly use the money made from selling their land, they are now poorer now. Of cuz, there are some government ppl illegally grab the land from the poor. But how often that happens?

@ThaHappyCamper hey, bro, u have no ideas what was happening for the 5 years during the property bubble. That is how the money was circulated and not well distributed to people. In KH, banks don't lend people to buy property, so all the money people made they put into the property investment till 2008. During 2005-2008, those smart investors in property making a lot of money with their smart moves, and those failure, mostly farmers, are really getting poor.

@ThaHappyCamper Why there is no money going around? No money mean no business at all. Basically there are billions of dollar injected into Cambodia by all means. And what wrong with tourist money? is it kinda money Malaysia making good money now? Countries such Singapore and US, they are making money out of foreigners too. Singapore will be bankrupt and US will be a pity with foreigners. yup, fews people make black money, but never stereotype all the khmer business men into that, its not fair.
