@Tawhguy Then those people are idiots. To base athletism on how much they get paid is dumb. All around better athetes? No. I dont agree with that at all, like I said I respect rugby and the athletes that play it. Both are in tremendous shape though, but really both sports require different kind of athletes. So one cant be better then the other.

@Tawhguy Jonah was really shown interest by the cowboys, but that in now way means he would have dominated or anything. And ive been in too many arguments with rugby fans with little big man syndrome, who feel the need to rag on nfl players simply because the sport they play requires them to wear pads. Rugby players are tough no doubt about that. I can give rugby respect but as usual its not the other way around.

@91gt306 Jonah Lomu was offered countless nfl contracts but he turned them down for all black glory. It depends where you look, ive been too many arguments because of thick headed nfl fans who dont know shit. The reason nfl players are more athletic is because in football they have one specific job so they focus on only one specific aspect e.g speed strength etc where as in rugby you cant just be fast coz you need to be able to tackle, kick, and all the other shit that goes down in the game

@Tawhguy The hits in both league and rugby are vicious. I will say that all around they are better athletes then nfl players, however the players in the nfl are incredily athletic, strong and fast but have not the endurance of those in rugby.

@Tawhguy Ive seen plenty of rugby and league clips, and Ive also seen many of the fans of those sports do their best to trash american football. Have you checked out many nfl clips? Especially the hardest hits? Those videos get run down hard by rugby fans. Many americans dont troll rugby videos because alot dont care. But thats just not the case the other way around, theres even articles of how jonah lomu would have dominated the nfl and he never played a down in the sport.

You cearly havnt watched many rugby clips on youtube, most of them spend there time hating on rugby coz nfls where the moneys at. They then go on to say how every single athlete who plays football is superior to rugby players, not sure what disrespect means to you but thats the definition of it in my book
