Beautiful song by Bob Jackson. Tommy was a gifted singer; he could harmonize perfectly with any singer be it Pete, Joey or right here with Bob. God, I miss these guys...

they were great guys and real talented, too bad things didn't work out ... esp. for Pete and Mike .
I hope they're living happily somewhere up there for eternity!

Sad is an understatement - Stan Polley should have been strung up by his balls for what he did to thes fantastic band and the heartache he caused. If there is a Hell, then Stan's down there with a number 10 coke shovel for all eternity. Great guys, great sound, and much missed.

I love Badfinger....I miss Pete and Tommy. Such beautiful voices and songs. What a loss for us all.

Every time I hear this song I feel a great sadness! R.I.P Pete and Tom.

Tom singing the second voice is beautiful...

Such a soulful heartfelt tribute to Pete Ham. Great song Bob Jackson.....a ballad equal to "without you" the classic standard Pete & Tommy wrote. Probably equal, & on par with any ballad.
& now, its with regret, the tribute is also for Tommy Evans & Mike Gibbins who are in this video.

its devastating that such a gift could be brought to shambles by one selfish manager. I always wonder what would have been had they had the chance to really shine.

Badfinger still rules...... but whats up with the Explorer with a Fender headstock?

Wow, could those guys sing!
Does Tom make a couple of mistakes on the lyrics? Bob gives him a look and a forgiving smile at a couple of different times. Tom is still one of the best voices in rock, ever.

@HumGuitar Apparently, this was the first time Tom Evans had performed the song with Bob Jackson, who had recently written it. So a few words off is understandable. There's a great studio recording of it, too.
