Lettuce/Bridget - Umi wo Miteita

This is a remake of my 2nd AMV ever created(the Pudding AMV was my first). Like the other one, my first attempt was with low quality, subtitled footage and used Windows Movie Maker. Now that I have the DVDs, I ripped them to make this AMV.

The song, as the title says, is called Umi wo Miteita(I've Seen the Sea), which is Lettuce's 2nd character song. It was sung by her Japanese VA, Kumi Sakuma.

One thing I just never understood was, why Lettuce a whale? Plus doesn't she seem like the kind of character who would get annoying after a while? Cause that's how I feel about Melphina from Outlaw Star who's pretty much the precursor to charaters like Mew Lettuce, or Hinata Hyuga.
