Yoga is extremely natural, being, as it is, based upon a truly astounding understanding of the workings of the human body and mind. Yoga is quite simply the most advanced, sophisticated, effective & complete system for physical, emotional and spiritual well-being and development ever devised.

thankyou Peter for offering these free teaching vidoes. I particularly resonate with the 'gaps' in the neuro trasmitters Our emotional patterns and habitual ways of thinking come from the body mind.. through the flow of our energy. Just think of someone continually angry, sad, or mean and they actually morph into that quality,... on the other hand happiness and an open accepting features are those that eminate love and compassion. I loved these teachings! Namaste Rosalyn

This is so true!
It is kind of funny, because I love yoga (sivananda yoga though), and I have followed those principles is this kind of yoga all my life, even if I had never heard of Rasa yoga before. AND MY NAME IS RASA :D

I have an idea...
What if we could organize one day where millions of people simultaneously stop what they're doing, sit quietly, and dream of love. We could all meditate on the unconditional love from our mother and radiate pure compassion, thinking of selfless acts of kindness, sacrifice of material possesions to ease the suffering of others, the warmth of the sun and the miracle of just a single flower. What would happen if the whole world could just stopo for a few moments and do this?
Peter you're my guru :)

@AquariusX1000 The guru is the teaching, not the teacher :-)

i actually don't get it. i was thinking about this for many many years now, probably 15. and i came up with what i said: i don't get it. there's a guy sitting infront of other people, sitting, talking. like in school. makes no sense.

Hi Ritter99. What you say is very true. The only teaching of yoga is :"Drop whatever you think you're involved with and you will be more happy than you can ever imagine". Takes 15 seconds at most... Only when people go "What? Why? How? Who? Now?" 15 years or 15 lifetimes may be spend in "school". There is only one way to "get it", but mostly people first need to explore every single one of a million ways of "not getting it". Ram Ram, Peter.
