A traditional English dessert, very easy to make.
8 Rounds white sliced bread
butter
2 ounces sultanas
2 eggs
16 Fluid Ounces Milk
2 tablespoons Sugar
Cinnamon or Nutmeg

This bread pudding looks very good, but it doesn't look like you put much sugar in it. 2 Tablespooons won't make it very sweet, will it? Also, isn't it best to bake the bread pudding inside a water bath?
