@bg1379 I totally agree with your comment. I'm just not feeling the early 1990's dashboard. And even though the 4x4 system is useful off-road, you can't leave it on constantly otherwise i'll hurt the car. That's not very useful.

I wonder why so many Michiganians drive the Liberty......because our weather sucks ass.

@mrbigtime81 no, keep the honda man. you'll save more gas and money and you won't get bogged down by the hollow plastics around the jeep.

The interior of this vehicle is undoubtedly outdated. Cheap materials seem to dominate the interior and even though the front end is attractive, it lacks congruency from the sides to the back. Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge still use hideous generic tail lights on all of their vehicles, and their powertrain capabilities will never compare to other competitor brands. The aftermath? Another bad product from Jeep!

whoever designed the jeep liberty probably only used rulers
Are you kidding? You claim that an XC60's interior is "worse than Kias" and then claim that a JEEP LIBERTY has a nice interior?!
I like your reviews in general, but, what in the WORLD is your definition of a good interior?! Everyone and his brother in the automotive journalism world has said that the Liberty has an appalling interior, and, based on 1st hand experience, I'm inclined to believe them.

@bg1379 I'd take this Liberty's thoughtful interior ANY DAY over the one in the XC60. I think Volvo has gone too far with the Scandinavian minimalist approach.
