Good except for the fish fat recommendation. Cooking fish oxidizes the fats making them carcinogenic and increasing your risk of a heart attack or stroke.

I read about canola oil being a very dangerous product. Almost totaly unatural.
it was developed by canada and approved by the FDA wtihput proper testing.
I don't reca;; the ingredients but it is made from a poisonous plant the animals will not eat. I wish i could recal more but that is waht i remember about the article
