di ganyan ang batchoy sa amin sa Nueva Ecija, nagluluto ng batchoy pag nagkatay ng baboy tuwing fiesta it is usally serve sa bisperas. We use pork kidney, lapay, lomo at nilalagyan din namin ng miswa.

This recipe is a canteen version, we tried several version including the original La Paz so far ito ang pinaka economical at madaling i-please sa ibat ibang taste ng mga customers sa canteen, marami kasi masyadong picky sa pagkain ayaw ng bato o lapay....
