Thanks for sharing your story. I can relate, because I suffered with acne as a teen. It was
horrible. In the end, I found that natural cures worked the best for me, and I tried all kinds of pills and potions that weren't suitable for my type of acne.

Dont use toothpaste on ur skin. I tried it and every time I put it on my skin , i felt ill, it made me automatically depressed and suicidal. This stuff affects the brain in ridiculous ways if used anywhere other than the teeth. The flouride if you google is dangerous enough, then there are other dangerous chemicals in it. Plus I ve heard of other whos skin gets bumps, rashes, etc

if your going to use toothpaste for spot treatment I would recommend using a natural toothepaste which you can find on google.

you can buy toothpaste for children with mintflavour, so it wont be strong! i used it, went to bed and woke up, i didn't have ANY SCARS at all...i was afraid of getting scars but i did'nt, but i havn't really seen any improvements...but it was my first time putting it on so it might work later :)
