  • I've never had an iridology "Session" but I have definitely noticed people who are unhealthy have unhealthy eyes. Really vibrant and healthy people often have healthy hand radiant eyes! I once saw someone who had really bad mercury poisoning have all sorts of black splotches in the irises of both their eyes.

    I'd love to try it someday.

  • My friend sees a doc who does iridology and at first he wasnt sure it would be the real deal but the doc pointed out some facts about his medical history that there was no way of him knowing so he is a believer. This is my only experiance knowing about iridology.

    PS. I have lived in two of the three places you mentioned and loved them both greatly! The Bay Area is amazing I miss it tons and if Boulder didnt get cold and have snow I could live there for a long time.

  • Some people thrive in places like San Fransisco, but I don't, and I don't think Kevin would either. From a practical standpoint, moving to San Francisco or the bay area at this time would be suicide. California is due to go bankrupt next month, and we're entering the worst economic times since the great depression, and it's ALREADY expensive to live here. Not to mention the traffic. It takes me twice as long as it should to drive anywhere. All things considered, just a bad choice, Kev.

  • I completely disagree. I've lived in the Bay Area since 1973 and love it. Please move here!

  • You can track your nutrition using software like the cronOmeter.

  • Just wondering what you did as far as working out goes?

  • I don't know if you been up to Seattle yet,

    But I love that part of the country.

  • "seems to 'be' ample amounts".....kinda forgot a word there. ;)

  • Man...every time you guys say that you are in Santa Rosa I get jealous. lol. I am in Cleveland now, but I grew up in SR and the Bay area. I hear what ObiRawKenobi is saying...but its not all like that. And really, you can get that almost anywhere you go. So out of the three?..I say either Bay area or Santa Monica. I like being by the water and there seems to ample amounts of fresh produce everywhere ya look...gotta love open markets.

    Annnyway....I just love hearing you say Santa Rosa. {{grin}}

  • Ive been researching raw foods and if you know what to eat, u really don't need 2 supplement, the only thing Ive really come across so far, that you cant get a whole lot of from natrual non-animal foods is coQ 10 (Coenzyme Q10), so I'm think of supplementing with that & maybe MSM powder & freeze dried acai, trans resveratrol, I read that we need beta-carotene to absorb resvratrol, so maybe blend it up with some spirulina or a wheatgrass juice or carrots, look up the benefits of different foods
