I was working at that show and got to meet him when he was walking around the convention. We chatted for a few minutes, very nice guy. I heard horror stories about this "rant," but this is the first I actually heard what he said. Far from a rant. He was explaining why he chose to do the show and sounded pretty calm and collected, even when it was obvious he was annoyed at the noise. Great guy, great actor. He's just dong what every American should do: speak your mind! Bravo.

Maybe a few terms should not have been used but, that was all. It was a good speech besides that and it wasn't the right place to give one.
