I'm demonstrating a close grip pull-down with light weights. This excercise is great for the fullnest of the lats and upper back. It's also working your biceps. Slightly lean back. Go all the way up and down for the full range of motion. Go as far down as you can to the top of your chest. Exhale on the way down and inhale on the way up.
