I fully believe in ghosts but those "orbs of light" are almost never ghostly activity
they are almost always bugs, dust, or particles of some sort that are drifting through the air as the camera flashes
the light hits the particle/dust reflects just enough light off them back at the camera giving the illusion of a ghostly orb
thats why most ppl dont see them with naked eye and they only really appear on pictures

Oops sorry. Typo. Everytime I'm back in Victoria I go to see her. No luck yet. I saw her just off the road where you can park at the side , she was walking by the burm Wearing a white flowing dress. She was like 1 foot or so off the ground. She had no feet. If you Want to know the rest let me know.
